Concertinas - a beginner's guide

This page is intended for people who have inherited a concertina, found one in the attic, or seen one in a junk shop.

All concertinas are not alike. There are three different playing systems, for a start. They may have 6, 8 or even 12 sides. And they can cover a wide variety of musical ranges, from bass to piccolo.
